Additional Information & Policies
Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel a consult session for any reason, we ask for at least two business days notice via membership@strutentertainment.com. Please indicate the session name, date and time. Then we can put these credits back in your account. If you cancel more than two sessions with less than two business days notice, the third time this happens, we will not be able to refund your credits.

If you need to reschedule yourself to a different group session, please contact us at
membership@strutentertainment.com at least two business days prior the session so we can assist you.

Occasionally, something comes up for our consultants and they might need to move the date and time of your consultation. Should this occur Strut will contact you as soon as possible with alternate date and time option.
